How we handle information in ELID OS

This notice covers the ELID OS website, Elid Officer and Elid Management Android apps. It is published by Elid Technology International Pte Ltd, 996 Bendemeer Road, #06-09, Singapore 339944. Last updated 22 September 2026.

Public website enquiries

The Join Us and Request a Quote forms collect the information you submit so ELID can respond to recruitment or service enquiries.

Workforce app information

ELID issues app accounts to its officers and authorised management staff. To operate these accounts, the apps process names, employee identifiers, work contact details, roles, sign-in records, assignments, attendance, patrol and incident reports, and the employment or payment information available to each authorised role. Elid Officer can collect check-in and check-out selfies, incident or patrol photos, NFC checkpoint identifiers, and location and time evidence when an officer uses attendance, patrol, movement or SOS features. The apps may also process device and push-token information needed for security and operational alerts.

Why we use it

We use this information to verify identity and duty attendance, manage deployments and patrols, respond to incidents and emergencies, deliver work-related notices, administer employment and payroll, protect the service and keep required operational records. Public enquiry information is used to respond to recruitment or service requests.

Access and service providers

Access is restricted by EOS role and operational need. Information may be available to authorised ELID operations, HR, finance and management staff, and to clients or authorities where the relevant service, incident or law requires it. ELID uses hosted infrastructure and messaging providers, including Supabase for app services and Expo/Firebase for mobile delivery and notifications. We do not sell workforce information or use it for third-party advertising.

Device permissions and offline records

Elid Officer requests camera access for duty selfies and evidence, location access for attendance, patrol, movement and SOS evidence, and NFC access for registered checkpoint scans. Notification permission is used for work alerts. Some patrol and attendance records can be held temporarily on the device when offline and synchronised when connectivity returns. Elid Management uses device security and notifications for authorised staff functions. Permissions can be managed in Android settings, although disabling one may prevent its related function from working.

Retention and security

ELID retains records for the period needed for operations, employment, contractual duties, dispute handling and applicable law, then deletes or de-identifies them under its retention procedures. App access is controlled through assigned accounts and roles; data is transmitted over encrypted connections. No internet-connected system can be guaranteed risk-free.

Access, correction and deletion requests

Accounts are issued by ELID rather than created in the apps. Officers and staff can ask ELID to access or correct their information, or request account closure and deletion where retention is not legally or contractually required. ELID will review each request and explain any records it must retain. Contact the company using the details below.
